We are only able to run these crucial services due to the support we receive from funders, our dedicated staff team and volunteers.
We do this through three strategic programmes: our programme of support for people living with dementia, including our flagship Day Care service our wellbeing programme for unpaid carers, and through our Community Hub programme, including our community café, ran by our fully trained chef and a team of dedicated volunteers, and providing office spaces for social enterprises and other local charities. Our mission is to bring people together in their local communities to enhance health and well-being and have a positive impact on their lives.
